These Terms of Use govern your use of stackdown.org (the "Site"). By playing Stackdown on the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Using the Site

Stackdown is free to play for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

• copy, scrape or redistribute the puzzles, hints or other content of the Site;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, or try to access it by automated means at an unreasonable rate;
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Content and intellectual property

The Stackdown name, logo, puzzles, hints, design and code are owned by Stackdown and protected by intellectual property laws. Sharing your results with the Site's Share button is welcome.

Your progress

Progress and stats are stored only in your browser. We are not responsible for progress lost when browser data is cleared, a different browser or device is used, or storage is unavailable.

Availability

We aim to publish a new puzzle every day but may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site, including puzzles in the archive, at any time without notice.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stackdown is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
